Shipping Policy

Every COVETED item is custom made to order just for you. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Production & Delivery Times

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce. Once your order ships, standard shipping typically takes an additional 5–8 business days.

Please allow up to 15 business days from placing your order to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Production volumes, carrier delays, weather or other unexpected events may occasionally affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable free shipping offers will also be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and link. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible at shopcoveted@gmail.com.

Address changes may not be possible once your order has entered production or been prepared for shipping.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, changes and cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update or cancel your order.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
